The unique, low cost Tonick programmer allows quick, simple address setting; new and most original decoders can be tested. Programmer / Tester conveniently sets the decoder address as often as you wish. Just alter the number on the display and press the "program" button. The decoder is programmed and tested within a few seconds. It will also test your original and Tonick decoders within a few seconds and display the address.
